Levels Alternatives Outside the US: What You Can Actually Buy in 2026

Levels, Signos and Nutrisense sell in the US only. Outside it, the real choices are Ultrahuman M1, a self-pay FreeStyle Libre with a separate app, or HealthOS Sensor. What each costs and where each one wins.

If you live outside the US, you can't buy Levels: its app is only in the US stores, and Signos and Nutrisense also sell only in the US. The real alternatives are Ultrahuman M1 (two Libre sensors and its app, €168 for four weeks in Germany or AED 850 a month in the UAE), a self-pay FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus read in Abbott's own app (about €70 per 15-day sensor in Germany), or HealthOS Sensor ($70 for 30 days with the app and no membership, sold online).

Prices below are from each company's own page on 8 October 2026.

What Levels actually sells

Levels is a US membership. Its Core plan, $399 a year, includes one month of CGM and lab panels, and it reads Dexcom's Stelo. What people pay it for is the interpretation: a rise tied to the meal that caused it, and a score for the day. Its support pages say plainly that it is "not currently available outside of the United States".

Ultrahuman M1 is the closest thing to Levels outside the US, and it ships to the most countries. It uses FreeStyle Libre sensors, with Lingo in the US. Where it wins: availability and polish. Where it costs: it is a plan, and in the Gulf it is AED 850 a month.

A self-pay FreeStyle Libre is the cheapest way to see your curve in Germany or the UK. Where it wins: price, and it's sold in pharmacies. Where it falls short: Abbott's app shows glucose, not meals, and Libre apps don't write glucose to Apple Health, so other apps can't pick it up automatically.

HealthOS Sensor is our own sensor sold with the HealthOS app at $70 for 30 days, with no membership. The app puts the curve next to your meals, training and blood work, in English or Arabic. Where it falls short: it is newer than the others and is not sold in the US. Order it here.

If you already wear a Libre or a Dexcom

You don't need a new programme to understand your data. Export it from LibreView or Dexcom Clarity and open it in the free CGM report. It shows your daily pattern, time in range, variability and your biggest rises, in your browser, with no account.

What a CGM can't tell you

Rises after meals are normal: adults with normal glucose in the Framingham study spent about 3 hours a day above 140 mg/dL. Sensors also read high and disagree with each other, so treat one meal on one day as a hint. None of these products, ours included, is for diagnosing or managing diabetes.

Common questions

Is there a Levels alternative that works outside the US?
Levels, Signos and Nutrisense sell in the US only. Outside the US the options are Ultrahuman M1 (€168 for four weeks in Germany, AED 850 a month in the UAE), a self-pay FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus in Abbott’s own app (about €70 per sensor in Germany), or HealthOS Sensor ($70 for 30 days with the app and no membership, ordered online at healthosx.com/glucose/sensor).
What is a cheaper alternative to Levels?
In the US, buying Dexcom Stelo ($89 a month) or Abbott Lingo ($54 per 14 days) and using their own apps costs less than a Levels membership ($399 a year for Core). HealthOS Sensor is $70 for 30 days including the app, with no membership, ordered online (it ships outside the US).
Can I analyze my Libre or Dexcom data without a subscription?
Yes. Export it from LibreView or Dexcom Clarity and open it in the free HealthOS CGM report at healthosx.com/glucose. It shows your daily pattern, time in range, variability and biggest rises, in your browser, with no account.
