These terms govern your access to the HealthOS application, hardware ecosystem, and biological data API. By using our platform, you agree to these operating standards.

Not Medical Advice

HealthOS is designed to monitor, analyze, and surface correlations in your biological data. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your medication, diet, or treatment plans based on our insights.

Hardware Usage

The use of HealthOS hardware (sensors, continuous monitors, bands, mattresses) is subject to proper application and care. Tampering with or reverse-engineering the hardware may void your warranty and disrupt data accuracy.

Data API & Integration

Access to the HealthOS Developer API is granted strictly for personal or approved research/clinical use. Commercial monetization of HealthOS data streams by third-party applications requires an explicit partnership agreement.

Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your raw data. Following export, HealthOS will permanently wipe your biological data from our servers in compliance with right-to-be-forgotten laws.
