We don’t ship HealthOS Sensor to your country. Stelo and Lingo are sold in the US without a prescription. Their apps and Dexcom G7’s write your glucose to Apple Health, about 3 hours late, and the HealthOS app reads it from there. With any other sensor, export the file and open it in the free CGM report.

What comes in the box

What a glucose sensor can and can’t tell you
It reads fluid under the skin, not blood
Readings trail a finger-prick by roughly 5 to 15 minutes, and the first day of each sensor is the least reliable.
Rises after meals are normal
Healthy adults spend about 3 hours a day above 140 mg/dL (Spartano 2024). The point is to learn what moves you, not to chase a flat line.
Sleeping on it can fake a low
Pressure on the sensor overnight can show a sharp dip that isn’t real. HealthOS marks those as likely sensor pressure.

How much does the HealthOS Sensor cost?
$70 for a 30-day supply: two sensors, each worn for about two weeks, with the HealthOS app. There is no membership on top.
How do I order?

Do I need a prescription?
No prescription is needed to order. HealthOS Sensor is sold for wellness, to learn how food and habits affect your glucose.
Where do you ship?
Across Europe, the UK, the Gulf, Canada, Australia and more. The checkout lists every country we ship to; the United States is not on the list yet.
Is it a medical device?
HealthOS is a wellness product. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition and must not be used to dose insulin. If you have diabetes, use the devices your doctor prescribes.
Does it hurt?
The applicator places a thin, flexible filament just under the skin on the back of the arm. Most people feel a brief pinch or nothing.
