Asking about your results
Can I ask questions about my blood test results?
Yes. Once your report is read, “Ask your blood” at the top of the results answers from your own numbers: why a marker is out of range, how it moved since your last report, what your HOMA-IR or eGFR says, or what to retest. Suggested questions come from your own results. Five free questions a day, no account.
How is this different from pasting my lab report into ChatGPT?
Every number in an answer is worked out by a tool, not written by the language model: ranges for your age and sex, the change of each marker between your reports, and every index your markers allow with its formula and source paper, plus PhenoAge when your report has its nine markers. It also has your earlier reports from this browser — or, after “Keep my results”, every report in your HealthOS account.
Is my report or my chat stored?
Not unless you choose. Your question and your results go to Anthropic’s Claude to write the answer and nothing from the chat is kept. “Keep my results” is the opt-in: you sign in with your email and a one-time code, the report is saved to your HealthOS account and the conversation carries on in the HealthOS app. You can delete it any time.
Does it diagnose or tell me what to take?
No. It explains what a marker measures, what usually moves it and what generally helps, and says plainly when a value is worth discussing with a doctor. It never diagnoses, prescribes or doses medication or supplements.
