HealthOS’s DNA and blood tools are free, and they stay free. If they were worth something to you, you can chip in whatever you like. If not, that’s completely fine.
What it pays for
- Servers and computing time to read DNA files and work out ancestry.
- The AI that answers your questions.
- Building the app. We’re a small, independent team.
One-time payment. Nothing renews. Paid securely through Stripe. We never see your card.
Using the HealthOS app? Support from Settings there and half of what you pay comes back as AI questions for Ask HealthOS.

Is this a donation?
No. It’s a voluntary payment to HealthOS, which is a company, not a charity. It isn’t tax-deductible.
Do I get anything for it?
Our thanks, and free tools that stay free. Paying unlocks nothing extra, and not paying locks nothing. If you pay from the HealthOS app while signed in, half of it comes back as AI credit for Ask HealthOS.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and nothing renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@healthosx.com within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you.
