Delete or get your data

Ask us to delete your data, send you a copy, correct it, or stop using it. This works whether or not you have an account. We answer within one month.

Faster ways, if they apply to you

  • HealthOS app: Settings → Account → Delete Account deletes your account and its health data straight away.
  • DNA data (stored file, chats, ancestry): open your report on /dna with the same file and use “Delete my DNA data”.
  • Emails from us: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
  • Results saved in your browser (blood, snore, DNA): they live only on your device, unless you asked us to carry them into a HealthOS account. Clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
