HealthOS in Claude

Add HealthOS once, then ask Claude about your own data in any chat. It works on claude.ai, the desktop app and the mobile apps.

Connect in four steps

    Open connectors

    On claude.ai or in the desktop app, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

    Paste the link

    Name it HealthOS and paste the connector URL below. Then press Add.

  3. 3

    Sign in and choose

    Claude opens HealthOS. Sign in, tick what Claude may see, and approve.

  4. 4

    Turn it on in a chat

    In a new chat, open the tools menu and switch HealthOS on. Then just ask.

Custom connectors work on every Claude plan. On Team and Enterprise plans an owner may have to add it for the organisation first.

Try asking

  • How did I sleep this week, and what made the best night different?
  • Plot my glucose after dinner for the last 7 days.
  • Compare my last two blood tests.
  • Log 500 ml of water.

What it can see

Claude only gets what you ticked, and only when a question needs it. What Claude receives is handled under Anthropic’s privacy policy and your Claude settings.

Disconnect

Open HealthOS, go to Settings → Connected apps and tap Disconnect. It works in the app and on app.healthosx.com, and access stops straight away.

Apple Health and glucose come from the HealthOS iPhone app. Your assistant sees what your phone last synced, and can tell you when that was.

Wellness information, not a medical device. An assistant can be wrong, so check anything important with a doctor.
