AI assistants

Ask your AI about your own health

Connect HealthOS to Claude, then ask in plain words: how you slept, what lunch did to your glucose, what your last blood test says. It answers from your data, not from averages.

What you can ask

Sleep and activity

  • How did I sleep this week compared with last week?
  • Why is my recovery score low today?
  • How active was I this month?

Glucose and meals

  • Which meal this week sent my glucose highest?
  • How much protein did I eat yesterday?
  • Log my weight: 76 kg.

Blood tests and DNA

  • Summarise my last blood test and what changed since the one before.
  • What does my DNA say about caffeine?
  • Which of my markers are outside the range?

You decide what it sees

  • You tick what to share.

When you connect, HealthOS shows a list: activity, sleep, glucose, meals, blood tests and more. Reading is ticked by default.

  • Everything else starts off.

Logging data for you, DNA, Ask HealthOS, community and account changes stay off until you tick them.

  • Deleting needs a yes from you.

Anything that deletes data asks you to confirm first.

  • Disconnect any time.

Settings → Connected apps, in the app or on the web. A connection lasts at most a year, then asks you again.

Apple Health and glucose come from the HealthOS iPhone app. Your assistant sees what your phone last synced, and can tell you when that was.

Other assistants

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Mistral and Grok also accept custom connectors. We add each one here once we have tested it end to end. Gemini and Microsoft Copilot have no way to add one for personal use today.
