Morning visits, because you fast
The panel includes fasting glucose and triglycerides, so the nurse comes in the morning and you sleep through most of the fast. Pick one of three windows, on any day from tomorrow up to 3 weeks ahead.

Before the nurse comes
- No food for 8–12 hours before the visit. Water is fine.
- Take your usual medicines unless your doctor told you otherwise.

Your biological age
Nine of the markers (albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocytes, MCV, RDW, ALP and white cells), together with your age, give an estimate called PhenoAge: how old your blood looks compared with people of the same age. It is a research estimate that moves with your habits, not a diagnosis.

Not a diagnosis
You get your values, their ranges and plain explanations. Deciding what a result means for your health is your doctor’s job.
Fasting matters
Glucose and triglycerides read high after a meal. Come 8–12 hours fasted so the numbers mean what they should.
No infection tests
HIV, hepatitis and other infections are not part of this test.
Your results stay yours
Only the account that adds the code
Results go to the HealthOS account that adds the test code, never to an email address.
Never sold
We don’t sell or share your results, and we don’t use them for advertising.
Delete any time
Delete a report, or your whole account, from the app’s settings.
The lab sees only what it needs
The partner lab gets what it needs to take and read your sample, nothing else from your account.

A nurse from a licensed Saudi healthcare partner. We book the visit for you and email you the confirmed date and time.
What time does the nurse come?
In the morning, in the window you pick: 06:00–08:00, 08:00–10:00 or 10:00–12:00, Riyadh time, on a day from tomorrow up to 3 weeks ahead.
Do I need to fast?
Yes. Don’t eat for 8–12 hours before the visit; water is fine. That is why visits are in the morning.
When do I get my results, and are they in Arabic?
Usually 3–5 days after the visit, in the HealthOS app and at app.healthosx.com. The app works fully in Arabic, and every marker is explained in plain words.
Can I change the day or time?
Yes, until we book the nurse: on the confirmation page after you pay, or in the blood test card in the app. After that, reply to the booking email and we arrange it with you.
Can I order for my family?
Yes, up to 4 tests per order. Each test has its own code, and each person adds it in their own HealthOS account, so their results stay theirs.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You order the test yourself.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. It is a wellness test: you get your values, their ranges and plain explanations. If a result worries you or you feel unwell, see a doctor and take your results with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Within 14 days of your order, as long as the visit hasn’t taken place, reply to your order email and we refund you in full.
