Your biological age
Nine of the markers (albumin, creatinine, glucose, CRP, lymphocytes, MCV, RDW, ALP and white cells), together with your age, give an estimate called PhenoAge: how old your blood looks compared with people of the same age. It is a research estimate that moves with your habits, not a diagnosis.

Fasting matters
Glucose and triglycerides read high after a meal. Come 8–12 hours fasted so the numbers mean what they should.
No infection tests
HIV, hepatitis and other infections are not part of this test.

Questions
Where do I give the blood sample?
At a partner lab near you. After your order we contact you within 2 business days to book a time. Where the lab offers it, a nurse can come to your home instead.
Do I need to fast?
Yes. Don’t eat for 8–12 hours before the draw; water is fine. Most people book an early-morning slot. Take your usual medicines unless your doctor told you otherwise.
When do I get my results?
Usually 3–5 days after the draw. They appear in the HealthOS app and at app.healthosx.com, and we send you an email and a notification.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You order the test yourself. The lab takes the sample and reads it.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes, up to 4 tests per order. Each test has its own code, and each person adds their code in their own HealthOS account, so their results stay theirs.
What is the biological age?
An estimate called PhenoAge, worked out from nine markers in your test and your age. It shows whether your blood looks younger or older than average for your age. It’s a research measure, not a diagnosis, and it changes as your habits change.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. You get your values, their ranges and plain explanations of each marker. If something worries you or you feel unwell, see a doctor and take your results with you.
Where can I order it?
In Germany, the rest of the EU, the United States (except New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island) and Saudi Arabia.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Within 14 days of your order, as long as your draw hasn’t taken place, reply to your order email and we refund you in full.
How much does the blood test cost?
One fixed price per test: €99 in Germany and €99 in the rest of the EU (VAT included), $99 in the United States (plus sales tax where it applies; not in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island) and SAR 399 in Saudi Arabia (VAT included). No membership or subscription, and up to 4 tests per order.
Which markers are not included?
No infection tests (such as HIV or hepatitis), no hormones other than TSH (so no testosterone, oestradiol or cortisol), and no vitamin B12, folate, serum iron, fasting insulin, ApoB or Lp(a). If you need any of those, ask your doctor or a lab.
Does it have everything my biological age needs?
Yes. All nine markers PhenoAge uses, hs-CRP included, are in the panel, and your biological age is part of your results. If you already have a recent report, the free PhenoAge calculator tells you which of the nine it is missing.
I already have recent blood results. Do I need this?
Maybe not. Upload your report to the free reader at healthosx.com/blood first: every marker is explained, and a second report shows how each one moved. The test is for when you have no recent results, or your report is missing markers you want.
