Apple Health to CSV or JSON, processed entirely on your iPhone. This policy applies to HealthOS Export version 1.0 and is effective September 7, 2026.

What the app does

HealthOS Export reads only the Apple Health categories you authorize and only when you start an export. It converts those records into a CSV or JSON file on your iPhone.

Data collection

HealthOS Export does not collect, upload, sell, share, or use your health data for advertising. The app has no account, analytics, advertising, tracking, or server connection.

Storage and sharing

Export files are created in the app cache. A file leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. The destination you choose has its own privacy and retention practices.

Your control

You choose the metrics, date range, grouping, format, and share destination. You can change or revoke Apple Health access at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.

Support

For help with permissions or exports, email support@healthosx.com. Include your iOS version and app version, but never attach health export files unless you intentionally want us to inspect them.
