Deposit Safety

All waitlist or pre-order deposits are held in a segregated, interest-free customer escrow account. Your deposit is 100% refundable at any moment prior to hardware shipment via a single-click refund button in your account console.

Hardware Replacement

All HealthOS hardware (sensors, continuous monitors, bands, mattresses) includes a full 2-year enterprise hardware warranty. Any component experiencing manufacturing defects or battery degradation over 15% is swapped overnight, free of charge.

Global Shipping

First-batch hardware shipping originates from our logistics hubs in Munich (for Europe), Shenzhen (for APAC), and Riyadh (for GCC). Customs clearance and medical hardware import licensing are fully handled and covered by HealthOS.
