HealthOS subscriptions and hardware are designed to be eligible for HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) reimbursement in the United States.

1. Get your LMN

Many providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). We provide a standardized template you can take to your primary care physician to authorize HealthOS for preventive care.

2. Save your receipt

After purchase, you will receive an itemized medical receipt that includes the specific codes (MCCs) insurance administrators look for to approve the transaction.

3. Submit your claim

Upload the receipt and the LMN to your HSA/FSA portal. Most claims are processed within 3-5 business days. You can also try using your HSA debit card directly at checkout.
